Groundwerk x East Van Digital – iamforest Remix Contest
As many of you may know, Nick (of SKMB) and myself working hard on a side project called Groundwerk with two other amazing and creative individuals named Joel West and Adam Szabo. We have been taking a little break from our usual monthly social listening parties in order to make the most of summer and to make time in order to work on other aspects of the project. We are extremely excited to announce that Groundwerk has launched a Remix Contest in collaboration with East Van Digital that features music from local band iamforest, who has been featured on Some Kind of Music Blog previously (you can check out his Artist Spotlight HERE). You will have the choice of two different tracks to remix, the winners will be premiered at our next social listening party at The Media Club on Wednesday, September 23rd and will be showcased on the upcoming iamforest remix EP and will be released the following month through East Van Digital.
